edit: and I believe anodizing is the same unless it is in a different batch. Which is why some other cases had slightly different color top halves from bottom. But you may want to research more on that.

One small nit-pick: nowhere in this post does it explain which is Viper and which is Eagle. An unfamiliar buyer would have to search for the answer.

These designs are very nice. I don't think you're going to find a classier way to get the HHKB layout on MX. Good luck!

Sure, but only if the PCB actually allows you to solder a switch there and has proper stabilizer mount points. :) I don't remember if we've seen the PCB of these boards yet, but they may or may not allow that - the plate also would need the proper holes.

Haha, I've been keeping somewhat up to date with elton's gbs since I came back to GH. Been excited for this gb to start.

Now we need to find someone to cut us some side window things.

but I believe only one person has heard back from places they have contacted and they said they needed another machine to cut 12mm thick (though the viper are only 10mm).

I think apoc meow said he was going to contact someone but not sure if he ever posted an update.

There's a link in the IC where all the layouts for viper and eagle. Tapatalk won't let me highlight the link to copy and paste.

I'll find out about the alps question.

When I find out the weight of these, I'll start invoicing.

The red colour is the same as the duck minis. I'll get a pic when I can.

Thank you. If I recall correctly the previous 60% Alps compatible board Duck0117 made, the Mini v2, accepted the AT101W stabilizers and caps. I just want to verify that.
