Yeah, I've seen these, $150 + vat + customs from Australia... :'(

over the past few years i've foraged a handful of these, some for significantly less than those prices. it does take patience though

for the record, printed sets of blue, red, green, yellow, and orange all seem to still be floating around on retail sites. the rest are considerably rarer though

I considered myself very lucky when I found a XF0100KT1 set right here in the classifieds - at a reasonable price, too. Just the right place at the right time, I guess.

$95 per set.

Out of stock.

Wish I'd bought a set when they were still available, now that I have a RF87U and everything.

It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. Wow that's the reverse of what I did, white alphas+green mods.
Asked Widebasket if they were getting any more of the red ansi set and replied they have no plans to restock in the future.

Guess what I got? :)

Very nice - where did you find them?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I bought those on ebay for $150  :))

Guess what happened?! I didn't have to pay custom fees! Only asked price.
I think they put value very low so there was no custom fees.

Now, I ordered locally Realforce 87UW 55g, so will be putting those on it this weekend  ;D
