GMK Modern Dolch 2 Color Codes?

Does anyone happen to know the color codes for GMK Modern Dolch 2?

I have trying to see the color code of the grey spacebar for the base set so I can order a replacement in a spacebar kit of a different set. I have not been able to find them anywhere online.

According to the original GB thread for GMK Modern Dolch, every color in the set is a custom color.
