The lack of information makes me hesitate.  All it says is "Manufacturer refurb"

The stock cords weren't black, right?  I mean, sure would be nice to have more info and photos on this baby.

It is a stock cable and you can tell it sat in the box a while because the styrofoam is stuck to the cable, which doesn't happen over a short period.
