I had to start the thread here even to put pressure on getting an update after the first of many deadlines was missed. I understand Jchan had/has personal issues, but it didn't seem to stop him from producing/selling bke domes and other projects. Its just really frustrating.

As far as shipping and myself in this GB, I'm actually not in charge of production or shipping them out. Prior to the GB, it was agreed that I would just collect the funds, and send payment for the boards to bring SkoG to the domestic community. Prior to this, Percent only made boards for the community in Asia. I'm a point of contact with kingnestea, and Percent to bring the boards to you at the end of the day, and we've been trying our best to work with Percent to help bring this buy to a close. Hopefully, sooner than later of course.

Regarding shipping & CNY: usually the shipping infrastructure closes down a week prior to CNY, and the week after. The whole country is pretty much on a standstill in terms of export, as people prepare to celebrate the new year, and prepare travel plans to see family, friends,etc. . In any case, the lunar new year is here, and shipping should commence soon. We'll check in with how everything is going, after CNY, but until then, we'll have to wait (as the reasons stated above). I believe shipping logistics should reopen up on the 21st, at the earliest, however, we'll have to still check in with Percent, with what the current timeline is for shipping the remaining 6 units.

The two weeks isn't really the problem, but yeah it does suck that the total delay is now longer than the actual GB estimate.  My biggest complaint is the overall unresponsiveness and seeming lack of caring by the GB runner. Instead of owning the communication issues of the buy he just shuffled all of it over to Percent saying he was merely a money handler. https://www.keyclack.com/groupbuy/skogTKL Those facts are no where to be found inside of this buy page (Other than direct shipping from Percent). Add to that the PCB is the wrong color (green not black as stated during the buy and on the page linked above). Admittedly, the latest delay with no communication (without excessive prompting) was icing on the cake. Having to plead for updates and tracking numbers is a ****ty thing to have to do as a customer. (Keep in mind this is not a random dude hosting a GB. Keyclack claims to be a legit business.) Also, its not like I was asking an inordinate amount. I simply wanted to know why yet another deadline was missed.  Compare this to a GB run by Norbauer (I was in for r2 and my case had issues and had to wait for r2.5 so its not like I dont understand delays or mishaps. I have actually been waiting longer for that case than this.) for instance and you will notice a massive difference in responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism. So yeah I'm excited for the board, but this has been a very frustrating buy that has eroded my trust in Keyclack.

Please note that we're running a proxy service in this group buy. Most of the time, there is no news of a delay, or an update. We're still waiting for the updates from EMS + Percent, but we are not directly in control of the production, or shipping here. Please also remember that regardless of who is running the GB, there will always be the chance of something going wrong - shipping, delays due to manufacturing, QC, etc.

We're waiting for Percent to update us on the tracking issues + remaining 6 units that have not received tracking.
