All the keys have the same profile, then you can move any key around, and there will be a set with extra homing keys. Just check if they fit your preferred layout.

Awesome, but what about things like additional backspaces to replace caps lock on colemak?

Pretty much yes. Actually the same thickness of ABS DSA. The blue spacer below is PBT
