It was actually pretty even! A lot of entries wanted both the mods and the sharks, which surprised us since they have different stems...

Fit wise, they're actually pretty nice! I'd say they're on par with KK's mods fitment wise (it's all I have to go off of). However with some post work, they look a ton better. So I did some!

Definitely looks muchhhhhhhhhh better now. The finish is a little shiny on some of the caps versus matte on the others. But overall, they're not bad for a first release.

how's the fitment?
The fitment is pretty good and all the stems appear to be in good form. Definitely not as snug as stock caps but I don't foresee them accidentally falling off.

Some damn good stuff. I will say that my biggest complaint is that it's a bit too big in both directions so you can't really put them next to each other (either side by side or top to bottom) since they catch on each other

Yeah, it was a problem I found long after I sculpted the master. I sculpted the master without thinking about putting multiple sharks next to each other. Didn't find a problem with the dimensions until I started casting and putting them on my board.
I already have plans to trim it down so it can fit better with other sharks... But for now they don't play well with each other :(

Ok all set. I actually was able to make some very small tweaks with a razor and the two bottom row keys fit great. It looks like your partner has 2 different molds from the Fn and alt keys even though they are the exact same. The one you have for Fn works great but the mold for the bottom row needs just a quick shave around the edges.
In the end they look fantastic! Heres a pic for others to see just how great they came out:

They have more sentimental value to me than other people anyways. First raffle won after 8 different raffles and I couldn't be happier with them. Raenbo did a great job! :thumb:

It's been awhile but I'm back with some updates on our HHKB Mod Sets! There were a few points that we needed to work on with these sets and with a ton of practice, trial and error, and feedback from the community I feel that we've greatly improved from our first round. I'm actually very excited for this next sale because for awhile I was not happy with how they were turning out and was just about to quit and give up on them completely but thanks to some awesome people to help support me I decided to push forward and continue to improve so that I can put out something that I was proud of.
The new sets I would say are much much much better than the first round. With new sanding/finishing methods that we refined to be less time-consuming but more effective we're able to put out better quality caps with about the same amount of time it took to finish a set from the first round. Because I want all of these to come out perfect and good enough for you guys Round 2 will be VERY limited. There will be a very small supply with very few colors. We adopted the "Quality>Quantity" mindset that we did not have before and so I'll be doing my best to make sure every set fits right and looks right.

Excited for tomorrow! Here's a quick peek at a little giveaway set that I'll be throwing in! Received the Purple mods today. This is my first artisan mod, well, not counting the various Fn key that was made by other artisan - a full fledged complete mod for the HHKB and I must say I am super impressed. I have almost 4 sets of Realforce coloured key caps - you know, those yellow, orange, pink stuff, whether printed or blanks and I must say that while manufactured keys has precision, an artisan set gives off a different flavour - the keys fit really well (I am super impressed with how well it fits, really) and they feel almost the same as those Realforce ones. The texture has a slight grain on it, which made it feel like PBT plastic (which is perfect fit for the HHKB, btw). The colour is muted, unlike the bright palette that Realforce chose for its coloured keysets. And it looked just so nice on a black HHKB. I will post pix in the next post as I am typing this on a HHKB with the new mods. Congrats Aero, your set is to die for, really, and I will make sure I keep an eye on your next sale!

This color is tough to reproduce in a photograph as it wants to shift toward cyan/blue. It's actually more of a dark green, like a piece of carved jade with 3 different hues of green.

Thanks, but aside from hoping USPS finding it somewhere between here and California, I'm not sure what else can happen.
I'm not sure if the sender has more options at USPS. You can probably see my tracking number, or I can also pm it to you.

Wow, I read online that for some people, USPS finds the package when you complain to the sender, but I didn't expect it to actually work.

Hey! It's been awhile since our last update so there's something I'd like to share. First, we've got everything up and running now so we are currently prepping for our next sale. Going to see if we can bring back the Aero Mod sets but it's not a priority. We will have some new colorways of Aerophants and of course some topre goodies that I'd like to have a sale for as well. Here is a quick teaser of something I'm looking forward to sharing with my fellow topre users. Excited to have new things to share with everyone! :D

Glad you asked! I have been contemplating/planning a re-sculpt of it. The V1s were sooo big, they would press into caps next to it. So I need to make a new version that's scaled down, and add more detail where I want it. It'll take some time for the sculpting and casting, since I also work a full-time job D:

Yeah fair enough. Take your time with this stuff, especially with a full time job (You living comfortably is more important to me than keycaps XD)
