Barely got to get used to Impressio before neiio released Dash, just had to give it a spin

Sadly no matching foobar skin, but the Impressio one is ok for now. Might try and brush off my old foobar skills and make the colours match better.
How did you do that, it's extremely good looking
I don't know how much you know about windows themes already, so I'm just going to do a quick rundown(assuming win7):
First, patch uxtheme in some way or other, there are a few different patchers and I've had varying degrees of luck with them.
Then, download a theme you like, the one in the screenshot is
Dash by neiio, and there are also links to skins for certain applications. At the moment I don't use any of the applications he's included skins for.
You'll need
this to replace the navigation buttons in explorer to the ones included with the theme, and once that's done use
this to change the start button.
Depending on the theme you might also want
this to get rid of blur, ugly borders etc.
As for the taskbar; replacing the icons there isn't that difficult. Pin the programs you want to change icon on to taskbar, go to '%AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar', copy all the pinned shortcuts to another folder somewhere(doesn't matter because you'll delete it when you're done) and change the icons of the shortcut copies. Once you've changed the icons, you drag those down to the taskbar and that should do it.
To change the rest of my icons I've just used IconPackager for simplicity, current icons are called Etched.
And finally, the most important part of a desktop; find a good wallpaper.
There, hopefully that's a fairly concise and useful description that might help some. It's not very in-depth, but should be enough to get started at least.
