Product shipment has been started. In this process, we decided to change some of the delivery methods.
Last time we sent the spring, we sent it all using EMS. (exception 1 case).
EMS is the highest-priced delivery method that can be selected from the Korean post office.
We have shipped nearly 20 items in total through EMS, and in the process we found that EMS is not suitable for delivery.
EMS is irresponsible for tracking delivery, and its response to problems is too insufficient.
Also, there is a high risk of loss when shipping the keyboard, and compensation requires a very complicated process.
In fact, about 6 of the items we sent via EMS were lost or returned without arriving in the middle.
We have decided to change the delivery method due to the complicated and slow process and the long delivery time required.
Here's an example of what actually happened.
We sent the package with the zip code of 80238, something went wrong in the middle, and it became 80239, and was eventually returned.
We contacted the Korean Post Office and USPS, but we could not get compensation for this, and there was a considerable cost and time loss. (We also paid the return fee.)
We judged that EMS was not suitable after several such accidents, so we decided to entrust overseas shipping companies regarding shipping.
When we send the package to this company, the shipping company will link it with FedEx, DHL, etc. and send it to the most appropriate company.
This makes it easy to get compensation for a delay or error, such as a return, loss, etc.
And maybe using FedEx or DHL will reduce the delivery time a lot.
Domestic shipping and reception fees will be incurred in this process, but we will pay the full cost, so you don't have to worry.
