Hey Revo,

Any chance for a beige anode? Something like the light bronze in this picture:http://www.saf.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Anodized-Finishes-Website.jpg

I think this would look amazing!  But I know I won't choose anything over pink.

Gold would be a neat 5th color.  ;)

Hard to find a keyset that would go with a gold keyboard. I'd prefer something more neutral like light blue.

Nantucket Selectric with the red accent caps pairs up nicely with gold.

Yeah looks like we're going to have to wait at least a couple weeks, probably more, due to the issues with the anodising factory. Nobody's fault really although I just sold a bunch of artisans and stuff to fund this so I'm pretty keen.

Will I be able to adapt an existing PCB like a FaceW or GON to fit inside this case? just reconfigure/resolder the bottom row with the case lip in mind?
thank you for your help this looks like the perfect case for a sturdy hhkb clone :)

Sorry, but where was this mentioned? The only relevant comments I've read from Revo are here: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=86279.msg2319623;topicseen#msg2319623

But I haven't seen any comments saying that the anode will be scratch resistant.

Just don't want to set anyone up for disappointment.

Usually the apple aluminum anodizing has been of higher quality than most other techniques used on other aluminum keyboards.

Not to say they are super scratch resistant but I was wondering if it is of Apple quality where it is harder to scratch.

I am sorry. It's not scratch resistant. I dont have the machine to test it if it's harder than the normal ones. So,just treat it like a normal one. Btw,this anode is from Apple macbook, not iphone. It may be not be that good. But it's still better than others i think.

Sorry bro, i never said that.

We have test the hard-anode scratch resistant 7075 and it's not that good and it has so many problems with the colors.

Who needs another purple or red board when there's pink? xD
And why do people always want red anyway? Most overdone color not only in customs, but pretty much anything pc related imo

I think I was the only one who requested red. My reason for wanting red is to have something similar to a red Kmac Happy. Regardless, I'll still be jumping on this group buy. Revo makes nothing but good stuff!  :thumb:

Since the case is tray mount if you can find a plate/pcb that supports split space you should be able to use it in this case
