Oh snap, I didn't know marinated meats were involved! So *this* is why INT orders went out separately, customs purposes!

Paypal link should no longer work. Form will remain open for people to update their information or submit it if they have not. If you have not paid entering the form will not help you get a key, or Magicat, or beef jerky.

It's come to my attention that people feel as though the blanks they received are not artisan keycaps worthy of the value I put on them.  The way I break this down is by the resin and effects used.  Here is what I would retail a basic two color photochromic at $35+15+15 (optically clear resin, photochromic pigment 1, photochromic pigment 2) + 15 (international shipping + packaging + label) -5 (discount for not knowing what you're getting).

The photochromic pigments I use are about $8 a gram.  I need to use 2-3 grams of the pigment in my urethanes to get a rich color.  This is more expensive than any colorant that I have.

Despite this I can see that people feel a sculpted key is a superior prize to be won.  I must express that while I do sympathize I also do not believe you are getting ripped off.  Above is my breakdown of the costs which I can't apologize for.  They exist because I need to pay for the materials to make these keys.  I want to do something for people who feel upset over their purchase, but at the same time I feel like I'm not in a position to be making apologies unless I did something truly wrong.  If you have any grievances with how I've done things please contact me and let me know what you feel about it.  I can't make any promise or statement of action, but I want to know how it has affected you by including a Cherry profile top row blank in this sale.

I think the blanks are going to be great.  Maybe people feel let down because we haven't seen as many blanks in the teaser pics posted? I don't know.  I think I saw a few in that bright yellow pic. Don't let it get you down... so much work has gone into these, I haven't seen any that would disappoint. No need to apologize at all!

This right here. You're going to have people who feel cheated by getting anything other than what they wanted - I think that wil mostly be otters. They will complain about the blanks simply because they think they can.

Honestly, I want an otter - but short of that, a blank in the right colors will get more use than any other design (and probably more than an otter really). Blanks are functional.

I'm afraid if you give into people now, they will expect it and push for more in the future. It's a mystery buy and they bought a mystery cap. If nothing else, they can probably trade it here or on MM.

well, it's always best to just ignore the whiners... the "EULA" were more than clear, so who cares... they're all well sought after artisans so you'll be able to trade them in for a different one you want with ease

PS: how do I know for sure if I got in on this? (Paid PayPal invoice = sure to get one?)

I'm just going to remind everyone that this is the verbiage you agreed to on my sale form.

Quote
This sale is a bit blind.  A single entry is $70.  Shipping world wide is included in the price.  Domestic buyers will be receiving an extra piece of art with their order.  All designs will be MX/TMX, colors will vary as well as designs.  Do you understand that a purchase does not guarantee you the keycap/colorway you expect??
