Received my first HWS artisan today and I couldn't be happier. Loved all the pictures and goodies that came with the Otter and the artisan itself is beautiful! Can't wait for the White/Purple to come in now

No arguments here, we feel very responsible what with our bad end-game on the Photochromic sale.  When we were going through production we found the sale was getting to be more expensive than the buyers for the original raffle had supported.  Why?  We were producing too many keys.  So while raffle orders are fulfilled any extras are going out to participants in that event.

I did yes, from the original sale. I did submit an order for one of the leftover caps as well, and have not gotten shipping confirmation yet since I don't think those have gone out yet.

Si, we are shipping out between 10 and 20 caps on our shipping days.  The authentication process and package art is time consuming.
