General Artisan Keycap Questionnaire [results added]

I setup a general survey about artisan keycaps, would love if you could spare a minute to fill it out.
I will share the results of the survey after about a week. The purpose is general curiosity and possibly so help artisan makers or anyone else that is curious.

There's a lot you're not asking or taking into account. Materials are not one or the other as you can mix 3d printing, clay, machined parts, etc. You haven't asked about what stem(s) people care about. You haven't asked about shipping time or maker communication. You haven't asked if buying from international makers is something people care about or avoid. You haven't asked if people care about authenticity as there are fakes and clones available. You haven't asked about people's thoughts on companies like Drop selling artisans. You haven't asked if people have issues with stolen IP or unlicensed caps (like all the Pokemon caps) or the licensed caps like the Marvel stuff that Drop has been doing. You haven't asked about 2nd hand market costs. You haven't asked if people like GB caps or limited runs.

Beyond those issues, I don't think this poll will really help anyone or show trends in the hobby because many people won't see it or simply won't take 10 minutes to fill it out. I know all this sounds harsh, but it just seems very random and offers no real value to anyone beyond a passing curiosity.

Thank you for your input, Geekhack was not the only place I shared this survey. I ended up sharing it across several Discord servers and a couple places on Reddit. I'm sure if you checked out the survey, you would find that filling it out would take the average person roughly 3 minutes to fill out. It was not my intention to create a lengthy survey as I understand that would deter many from completing it.

There are 117 responses and I personally got a good amount of information out of it from what I was personally seeking.
