Kinda wrong name, the next game will be set in the same universe but will otherwise have little to do with the previous games. But yeah, that's probably the game I'm looking most forward to right now.

But yeah, for me , first and foremost BF4. But also GTA 5. Nothing else really at the moment.

I usually knock these type of annual release uninnovative cash grab games with broad fanbases with a side of exaggerated sarcasm, but in all honestly BF4 looks almost identical to BF3 in nearly every facet. Vehicle models, gameplay, even the sound effects are exactly the same. Seriously, wtf?

You might want to do a side-by-side, and also, you may want to actually watch the videos. Some pretty major differences, especially in regards to environmental changes.

There comes a point in games that realism plateaus, and I think if you are just glancing over it, it's going to obviously look similar to BF3 in many ways. But I am mainly speaking of the environmental factors; wind, rain, waves, building destruction that is on a completely different level than BF3 in that you can topple entire high rises. Large ships crashing into islands and affecting the landscape, etc.

This video, in particular, showcases how much the environment actually affects gameplay across the board. I don't think you are really noticing these details, because you probably have the exact mindset you stated above, and probably aren't impressed regardless of how great, not great changes are.

While I agree for the most part Bro Caps, the whole high rise topple seems abit weak too me, its just like they have re-skinned the pylon from BF3 Caspian Border, I wish they would make it so if you're in a collapsing building it didn't murder you, there is an opportunity to escape the wreckage before you splat etc.

Looking forward to The Division.
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

The gameplay still looks exactly the same to me and I didn't really notice the destructible environments at any greater scale than in previous iterations. If wind is the greatest innovation DICE can come up with then I stand by my prejudice.

I don't want to argue :( enjoy BF4 if that's your sort of game. I don't mean to offend anyone's tastes, just the Devs if they happen to read this.

I'll be honest, BF3 was really just a testing bed for BF4. A lot of features were promised for BF3, but they didn't make it until BF4.

In terms of gameplay, it's a lot different if you actually play BF3 and have watched some of the reviews of the alpha/beta. The class systems have been mixed up, perks are totally different and more squad based, vehicles are going to be entirely different from BF3. The disable and ammo systems are totally reworked which should make it harder to do well in a vehicle and make infantry based combat a lot more fun rather than be worked over by tanks all day. I personally like a mix of both, but I'm going to like the new skill it takes to do really well in tanks.

+ all that destruction!

Sometimes I'm a bit puzzled what people await from follow-up titles...
BF3 was already good, adding loads of new content, refining it and tweaking the game-play mechanics is enough imo :)

What are you talking about? When a building starts to fall down to you just randomly keel over and die? No you die when you get flattened by the roof, you have about 2-3 seconds to get out.

Firstly, how do you know you can't do that in the game? From the footage I've seen, it seems that you can 'jump out of a window and use a parachute' to escape your fate..

Secondly, exactly how many 30+ storey collapsing buildings have you gotten out from?  :p

Blade & Soul for North America!
^Mmhm.
BF4 and GTA 5 But for pc so that will be a bit.

But also Project Eternity. http://eternity.obsidian.net/

First i've heard/seen of this (project eternity), and it looks potentially awesome.

ArcheAge

Black Desert Online

Ah, there's a mention of ArcheAge. Thought i might have been the only one.

First i've heard of Black Desert Online... and upon attempting to read "what is this?" i realized that their english is rather ambiguous and somewhat difficult to understand (on their site). The vid looks interesting enough...

I've never been into the Battlefield series, but have almost squeezed the trigger on BF3 numerous times, when the full package was on sale.

So, to recap:

(All PC)
Blade & Soul NA
GTA5
Project Eternity
ArcheAge
Watch Dogs

...and finally: The rest of the content that originally should have launched with The Secret World: Tokyo.

And probably something else i forgot.

Idk. It just seems like all games are missing the mark for me lately.

OH I KNOW what i forgot:

The return of a legit NFL game to the PC! (who knows when that might happen)

Not sure what footage youve been looking at but after a few seconds of the building  collapsing, even if you are on the roof it kills you. Im mainly talking about ground buildings as you can only get on the roof of that skyscraper.
