Update: SP is going to redo the legend and provide a picture of a prototype. I will post it as soon as I get it. I think we have worked out the issues and expect this one to be much closer to the mockup.

The color they said was right - just a bad camera/lighting. It is BE

The prototype will be the wrong color, but we will be able to verify the legend.

Thanks for putting in the effort to try to fix this up

it's strange to see something so simple end up so off given some of the other keys I've seen them produce.

Well this one was a little my fault and somewhat more their fault. This was my first order with SP so I didn't realize how explicit I needed to be with how the legend needs to be made from the SVG. Now I know and should save some hassle in the future.

Here are some pics of the rejects...better in person than I thought. Oh they did it in the wrong color, but honestly I think it looks better in BFP than it would in BE.

With a little bit of plastic jammed up into the mount it fits with my leopold/filco profile keys quite nicely!

I got 180 keys today; 88 final keycaps and 92 1st try keycaps.
but that's fine, since I added some extra keys just in case.
