Yeah. So I guess it's still a FCFS. From what was said it's confusing as to whether it'll be restocked or not. Or just supported in the future, for those who already bought.
How will they know what the interest is like after they run out of the first run? That part kinda confused me (if I remember reading it correctly).
Speed of how quick it sells, people messaging about r2 etc. For example, ext65 still gets requested, and because of that, we are doing a revision pcb for ext65, and releasing files to cut your own case. If there's still demand, then a round 2 may happen. Assessing risk is probably the most difficult thing to do as someone who wants to do instock, it takes capital and guts to see it out to the end, with so many moving parts that things that can go wrong. I don't like the gb model because it means that you're playing around with other people's money, and if someone does go wrong, it's harder to control. So far we've been lucky that we haven't had to dip into our own pockets too often, prototyping is expensive and is offset by selling more.
Having said that, we'll be delayed and possible moving to q2 just because of the stuff that's happening in China. Unfortunately that's the way things are at the moment. We will most likely do one more set of prototypes with minor tweaks from our current prototypes.
I dunno. It's so rare to find a 65 without any blockers. I love this just for that.
We think so too! I want to offer blockered styles down the track if there's demand for it.
Can't wait to see all the color options rendered on this board!
Most likely we won't have renders. I'll be doing another round of proto, we're confident on our signature colours, so maybe looking to do something a bit left field like a lilac or something like that. Open to suggestions.

If it's successful and people want it, then yeah - will be restocked. I wish there was better way to keep a production line going of these things, but at the end of the day, we have to make it manageable amount to deliver and maintain QC. We are only 3 people, and don't have access to a warehouse, and rely a lot of friends to help us out when we need it
