We see more and more GB's go astray... and no accountability on the organizer. Would customers have legal action, or does passing the 180 paypal window really mean they are all SOL $400+?

I guess your only legal option would be to go to small claims court, but court costs and the fact that 27 is in Canada is problematic.

Hey thanks Sig - I do see how the international issue would come up as a roadblock for most - in regards to legal action.

I am lucky enough to not be in this GB, but I like to participate in others - and there is always a chance that things can go this route.

maybe since you have contact with him, you could tell him that no one has any idea what's going on with this group buy and that the runner not logging into the medium through which he ran his group buy for six months is not a good look



the notion that these outstanding boards might not get shipped because he's waiting for profits from the holy panda buy to do so...that's absurdity at its finest

What's even the hold up at this point? Are there a bunch of badly anodized boards sitting around in 27's garage? If I had any optimism that I could even get a C-stock board I'd be open to buying someone's GB slot.

Apparently, 27's working full time now. He's working at a machine shop so he'll try to get the remaining units anodized using their connections. (idk what happened with the powder-coating)

Not sure why he isn't saying anything here either but that's what I heard from him.

Same.  Last I heard he was waiting for Massdrop to send him his payment in September and no responses since then.  He sent a picture of a closet filled with boxes, but no picture with boards shown, so hard to say what exactly is going on.
