So good.. and so easy. Pork loin roast coated with spices, seared, cooked on 325 in 1.5C OJ and 1.5C water for 3 hours.
I love my enameled cast iron cookware.

I've looked at the $400 pots, the only difference I can tell is that the expensive one has a much smoother/even enameling.. I'd assume this makes it more durable, but certainly not 10x more durable..

Those $400 Le Creuset pots will last for generations. You should keep an eye out for any good finds if you go to thrift stores/yard sales/ebay trolling regularly

mine is ****ing amazingAnd even if you are a dip****, they have a life time warranty, so as long as you don't hit the thing with a sledge hammer, you should be fine in the warranty department
get one if you can afford it
it'll last forever if you're not a dip****
