Hahaha sorry man, I only remembered about the note when I'd finished taping it up hahaha
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Ok so. My new pricing works like this, $15/hour + $10 shipping.

Just as an example of how long a normal board modification would take
10m to open
45m to desolder keys + LEDs
45m to spring swap and lube
20m to resolder
5m to close and test

so just over 2 hours = $30

The reason I'm switching to this method is because a lot of services I assume take a certain amount of time, and when they go over. like. way way way. over. I'm losing a lot of valuable time for the same price as something that only takes 1/2 or 1/3 the time.

This new pricing goes into effect now!

I'm taking a break from this for a while. No more new PMs, if you've PM'd me already, I'll honor whatever work you want done. Everyone else is on your own.

Hi Kmiller,

Would you consider doing soldering work for someone in Toronto area in Canada?

absolutely, just realize the shipping costs will be higher and longer.

Can you do a Duck viper assembly with switch tuning (lubed, stickered, spring swap, sip sockets)? How long do you think that would take? I would gather all those parts and ship them to you, unless you have some parts in house.

Yeah I can do that, turnaround would probably be a day or two once I get all the parts.

Sorry guys, I was busing moving and holidays these past few days, this should be going full-force ahead now that I've found my soldering iron again.

I was wondering if I would have to provide you with switches/springs/stickers/lube if I wanted to swap my cherry MX Browns out for cherry MX blacks with 62g springs and lubed/stickered? Thank you for your time! ^_^

Hey Kmiller, I tried to PM you about getting my ergodox board repaired, but I got an error saying you can't receive pm's.  Are you open for business?

Are you taking on any new work? The_Chemist is out of action temporarily, and am inquiring as to yoru availability.

This would be for full assembly of a 75%.
Mmm... machined aluminum
