This is a phase for the T of P, not practical in the long run...when you travel to china to check on your factories you'll give in to some baozi and bird nest soup. :D

Hahahahahahaha..

I am not an impractical person..   I will admit that there are social situations which could force a person including myself to drink , smoke cigarettes , eat baozi , sip' shark-fin soup.

HOWEVER,  it's never the 1% of your diet that kills you,  it's the 99%..

I will settle for the 99%

The evidence is overwhelming..

This veggie thing, WORKS,   and Works- FAST

I'm NOT DIETING,  I'm NOT HUNGRY,  I am FINALLY eating what god*-intended..

Unlike that Atkins Low carb early grave diet,   100% Veggie is 100% Sustainable for a 10,000% Tp4.

It's always made me think of celery.

Overall the goal was to test that whole,  if you eat eggs, steak, cheese, and chicken,  it won't influence your cholesterol myth. hahahahhaha

Clearly many people just want to live in make believe land.

Then there's the concern over Statins..

The list of side effects to statins is frightening (cholesterol lowering medication)..

Taking statin is like exchanging heart disease for another serious illness..

The worst part is,  they lower cholesterol, but if you keep eating the way you do,  it only delays heart disease by a couple years, (less than 6-7 years)

OR,    you can eat vegetables, and pretty much live forever.. hahahahhahaha

but TP if God intended to only eat veggie.. why animals so tasty?
Poison is not tasty is not meant to be eaten.
Mud also not tasty not to be eaten...
Shoes.. also not very tasty and not meant to be eaten.

so there for logically animal is tasty so there for meant to be eaten.

Hahahaha..  There are 2 components to the -mysterious meatness- here.

If we look at the mechanics of -Tastiness-..

Meat, chicken, pork, fish, beef,    on their own with No Treatment, or Cooking, is NOT AT ALL TASTY.

- We add Seasonings, most of which are plants and apply Heat (chemically create aromatic) to make the final product Delicious.

The second component is OIL.. Oil has high energy density, almost double vs starches (sugars),  so in general our tongue and brain pathway deems a certain amount of greasiness GOOD and Tasty.

- Meat does have significantly higher grease content than most plants, but this is also the part that's clogging arteries. so there's a very real limit on how much one can eat..

So, look at Fried chicken,  the meat is usually Brined or injected with sodium water, (salt tastes good). Then the meat is Battered, (a starch + plants for seasoning),   THEN it's deepfried (chemical aromatics (Maillard reaction)).

Take all that , VS, an apple,  and you'd realize, No,  meat doesn't inherently tasty good, it tastes actually quite foul,  but humans managed to make it work using PLANTS..

Honestly your numbers aren’t that bad. I’ve seen people with triglycerides much higher.

Before going 100% Veggie,  I was eating at least 2 packs of ramen a day.  1 costco chicken per week,  and between 2-4 days per week trips to popeyes fried chicken,  and 3-4 days per week @ tacobell @ 1am mornings.

My numbers don't look so bad in comparison. My LDL looks a tad high based on the ratio.
Nov 2016 = Low calorie diet (~1800 kcal/day); March 2017 = started resistance training, half-marathon training, still relatively low calorie with more dairy (~2100 kcal/day); Nov 2017 = continued resistance training, high meat and dairy diet (~3,500 kcal/day).

Nov 2016 -> March 2017 -> Nov 2017
Total Chol 144 -> 131 -> 137
HDL 40 -> 45 -> 41
Total Chol/HDL ratio 3.6 -> 2.9 -> 3.4

Maybe they're waiting for gasmasks and latex to get sexy again.

Glad you're health focused Kavik.

However, maintaining OPTIMAL cholesterol level is impossible on a western animal focused plan.

If you've lost weight, by ANY means, be it exercise or going veggie,  it will reduce your cholesterol.

But that is simply because you're eating LESS TOTAL.

Once your weight stabilizes, if animal products are still in your daily,  then the cholesterol will pick back up.

And you must understand, the LVL of cholesterol is an indicator..

But, AS SOON AS you put any lipids in greater than 7 grams per meal in your mouth,  That  excess quantity will begin to damage the inner linings of your blood vessels.. -endothelial damage-

This is why we've seen Triathlon athletes who have clogged arteries, They're under the belief that you can RUN IT OFF..

That is sorely not the case,  the oils damage arteries, the damaged arteries scar over becoming the Plaque.

If you put it in your mouth, YOU WILL GET HEART DISEASE..

The people who DO EAT ANIMALS, who STILL LIVE TO 90,  eat a small piece of meat once every 2 weeks.. (these people live on an island, and because meat is caloric ally inefficient in terms of land utilization, they live this way naturally, And they've THRIVED into old age, with nearly negligible rates of heart disease and diabetes..

Meanwhile, ~2/3 of 'muricans have heart disease.
