HHKB JP With Hasu controller
« on: Sun, 11 February 2018, 02:45:55 »
Hi All,

I am planing to buy the HHKB again (had 2 in the past with hasu controller)

I have the JP hasu controller left (non BT) and 2 packs of replacement hhkb keycaps sets.

I am considering to buy the JP version this time and reprogram it as the US layout like I'm use to.

My question is if its possible to replace the enter keycap with normal size Enter, I think that in the board the enter key is one or 2 switches but they are bridge together so I might end up with 2 enter keys with is ok.
did someone did that before?

Thanks for the replies

if its a ISO layout which pretty sure it is. Then no replacing the key's with a ANSI ((Standard US)) layout wouldn't be possible. I might be mistaken so you might want to wait on a second opinion. As I am basing this off the standard MX keyboards. Though I can't see what would change for a HHKB board.
