Trouble coping w/ daylight savn's

Super tired at 10pm, 

and wake up at 5am, can't fall back asleep..

****s us up at work when we have to develop our applications to work with DLS from all difference countries

****s up my daily routine because i can only take my dog out to the park in daylight after work half of the year

I'm super tired at 5am when I get to to work but can't fall asleep at 10pm when I go to bed...

we should peg the hour to sunrise..  Therefore our system naturally adjusts.

Traditionally clock change nights are one of the few times a year I would plan to go out drinking heavily, the late night followed by a fuzzy morning meant my body re calibrated to the corrected time automatically.  This year I didn't and the transition wasn't as smooth, but not as bad as I had imagined it would be.
