Mechanical Keyboard for typing

I'm looking for a good keyboard type to buy for the typist staff in our office.
But I'm confused between buying mechanical keyboard or normal keyboard and if mechanical then which type of mechanical.
I went through a well detailed guide here on this tech blog

And I'm slowly tilting in favor of the mechanical keyboards but just thought should double check with you guys here.
