I got a little bit of everything, I guess.  I'm comfortable in joggers and "hipster" scarves and in tailored suits.  Having a little bit of something for anything is convenient. :))

I may have a slight obsession with their gear.

On a side note, I was once asked at work if I was a University of Florida fan because I had a Lacoste polo on with a big logo lol.

Can I just say that I had no idea Carhartt Work In Progress existed until I went to their store in NYC in December. I walked in the store and kinda freaked out. Almost pulled a Fry...

Just washed these for the second time. Worn every day from the end of January 2014-December when the zipper busted. Exception of probably 15-20 days total when I was at a wedding or the beach. Had a tear in that familiar inseam spot in late August.

How tight is too tight and what's considered too baggy for jeans? Like carrot cut is flat-out ridiculous looking to me, and no one wears jnco's anymore (also ridiculous.) What are GH's opinions on tightness and looseness?

I've always preferred a "slim straight" cut with a slight taper going down the leg.  I have somewhat big thighs, but a small waist, so tight jeans always looked kinda of ridiculous on me.  I've always liked jeans with a little bit of breathing room, but still kind of contouring my body shape.  For reference, my favorite jean cut was always Levi's 514 "Slim Straight" cut, but they've been changing around lots of their style codes recently.

These are a little too baggy for me. I prefer my sperm count stay at a healthy well below average so there's no risk of me impregnating any of the chicks I might never bang

Gustin is good. Fit is a little slim for my tastes, but the fabric is quality stuff.

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

Just washed these for the second time. Worn every day from the end of January 2014-December when the zipper busted. Exception of probably 15-20 days total when I was at a wedding or the beach. Had a tear in that familiar inseam spot in late August.

YES. a fellow denimhead. Those fades are looking excellent btw.

I have my next pair of raws on the way, 18oz japanese from Gustin. Will post up when they arrive.

So good to see a denim guys here, the Lee 101Z is awesome, I like their white oak selvedge, but I dont think I will put on a pair with zip fly ever :))

Gustin came out with a Thomas Mason Oxford. But it's pricey :(. So I tried to get a consolation prize: XLARGE x Mario crewneck.

The pink metallic camo with that elite plumber logo is so cute! But I can't find a site with it in stock...and it's going to cost so much to get it shipped over here from what I can tell. Sigh.

looks like you missed a button pal

It's disturbing how much time you spent staring at hwood's crotch. I'd report you but I think it's just a personal thing you'll have to deal with...creeper ;).

Denim nerds represent

I just did the first wash on my RgT Black Warp Tonals and a second on my N&F Dirty Fades. Need to get minor repairs on both.

Have an 18oz pair of Gustins and N&F Sumis incoming.
