Kinda sad multiple people have spacebars with broken stems  .

Edit: Compared it to my sealed Epbt blue blanks it was packed better and the spacebars have 0 issues. Very disappointed in the QC.

The vendors packed it good but Epbt didn't put foam on top of the keys and then the plastic tray top housing like they did with the Epbt blue blanks.

I've discussed with the users that reported this, it seems like the issue is coming from the tray which may impact the spacebar stem if the spacebar key is packed near the little tabs on the box during shipping to the customer. It is not an issue with ePBT not putting foam or a QC issue.

I'd also like to update the thread that all sets from Mykeyboard, Dailyclack and KBDFans should be shipping out or already shipped. All NA Sets (From ApexKeyboards) will be going through a round of QC where I will be repositioning the spacebars so the tab on the ePBT box will not be near the stem to avoid any impact during delivery. This will take a couple of days to complete as I might be rearranging each set by hand (330 sets).

Please contact the vendor where you purchased the set from to see what they can do for you. If we receive enough responses about this issue I might be able to ask ePBT to send us replacements on a case by case basis.
