wowowow, looks like someone stamped the package.  It's a common tactic crooked mailmen use to see if heavy (heavy generally means valuable) items will fall out of the package once it is damaged a little.

USPS has been super slow lately, I noticed that all of my packages in circulation with USPS had all of their expected delivery dates pushed back and the tracking info has not updated for a while.

FWIW my numpad Enter key had a visible scratch on it that went away after a couple days of use.  Pardon the potatoes (that color balance )

This is what I mentioned about the fade test.  If you take some water and a microfiber and scrub the mark should start to fade, if it does, then the mark will go away with use.

I'm sorry to hear that.  The good news is there will be a mass of keys just like yours claimed as damaged to GMK.  I'll keep updating this thread as we learn more.

Same here. This is the 3rd package that I received late for the last 30 days.

My package arrived perfectly intact. Quickly checked each cap and it looks like nothing got scratched or damaged. I will install them on my tkl later. Sadly, I didn't win the stickets raffle :/ I might just trade my other caps for my first Binge, instead. Hopefully, I can find someone(two caps winners) who will let go of their Hyperfuse Bingecap soon.

Awww yeah. Looks like they're all in really good condition. The "P" is a little transparent (can see the stem outline) but only faintly when I hold it up to a light, at least compared to the other keys.

This is my first custom keycap set. Thanks for making this happen.

Just got issued a new laptop at work last week also.  So I stuck one of the SloFi stickers on it.  Got a couple of funny looks at the corporate meeting.   The IT Director didn't seem to mind though.

Yeah, the box was literally hanging open. If Binge hadn't gone overboard in the foam, I would've been missing half the set.

The magic of a simple plastic bag is that it will keep its content complete, the bubble wrapper helps cushioning the content against the trip bumps, a simple and proven way to ship caps. The box is nice but why to reinvent the wheel? I got in bags some of the Ivan's GB's stuff all the time with no issues.

The box is nice but why to reinvent the wheel? I got in bags some of the Ivan's GB's stuff all the time with no issues.

I don't disagree, but I quite liked the box, as under it where all the stickers and the box itself came with a logo. It was a nice, novel way to ship keycaps. All the others I've received have come in ziploc bags, I agree, but if my freight forwarder hadn't been so careless, it would've been fine! All other sets that weren't opened arrived pretty solidly.

I liked it man *shrug* can't please everyone, but I'm sure as hell glad I set an alarm for the middle of the night to pick up this set and bought way more stickers than I know what to do with it. Really appreciate your effort and work into this man, thank you.

Some people think that I have created a more complex way to ship packages which requires more work/effort than a bag.  This was very easy to work with, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.  I probably won't be doing any more key-sets even though I prefer this method to ship.  The naysayers, particularly those who hadn't even purchased a set, and hurdles with GMK have just been too complex to be worth the effort.

I received my package over the weekend. A cursory inspection shows most of the keys are fine; there are some very difficult to notice flaws and scratches on some of the gray keys that I'll be getting around to taking pictures of sometime. The only really bothersome one is a whitish swirl on the pgup key that seems to be a flaw in the molding process, and a dark spot on the numpad3 which looks like a doubleshot layer peeking through. Not sure if I'll be able to capture all the flaws but I'll see what my camera can do.


Aside from pgup and num_3, if you weren't looking for flaws you probably wouldn't find anything. The keys arrived safe and sound in the packaging, as well. Thanks!

People are wondering what's going on with orders.  We've got less than 100 orders combined from all bingecap projects remaining for fulfillment.

Wifu and I have been working extra to make sure we have everything ready to go as soon as we can possibly make the moves happen.

Here's what we were able to do for our sticket winners,



Before these can hit the PO we need to have all of our 2Legit holographic order completed.  With Vet's day smack dab in the middle of the week we won't see them until Monday.  The same can be said for the Hyperfuse NUM ENT keys missing from our final orders.  I appreciate everyone who has been patient with us, and want you to know we are on fire to get this all out just so long as the postal service gets us the materials.  They've been excessively slow with all of this awesome stuff!

Sorry about the late update, even though I received it a few weeks ago I didn't actually put them on until today since I received my keyboard.

1. The S key has a scratch mark across it. It is not the residue that others are talking about - I still tried your solution that you suggested.
2. I am missing a down arrow key. I have two up arrow keys. I'll attach some pictures of proof.

I believe he replacement keys ordered were for the incomplete sets. Binge will be working with ctrlalt in the near future to properly inventory the damaged keys and order replacements. (correct me if i'm wrong binge)
