mmm.....well as kinda implied in my last post after editing i'm only making speculations about how it works but i'm under the impression that it's just completely random and there's only X amount of caps per style/color and if your name gets drawn then you get to buy a cap and if you happen to enter for 4 different caps and your name comes up for each of the caps then you can buy 4 different caps but no more than 4.

So it's like entering 4 completely different raffles then depending on how many you win, those are given to one guy who then ships it to you. type thing.

I was under the impression that you could pick as many as you wanted, putting your first picks at the top and saying how many you'd like to buy.  If each cap is drawn separately what happens if I get picked on my 5th (assuming max 4) choice before my 1st-4th choices are drawn?

Because of this I think it must work that the person gets drawn and gets whatever's not sold out to those drawn before.  This means to maximise your chance of getting something you should add everything to your list, but then you could land up with four Zombros...

I hope there's some magic behind the scenes but it's not going to be easy to code so must be manual.  I don't envy whoever has that job!

Everyone gets a raffle number. The 1st number gets all of his top pics, then the next and so on. This would make sense to me as if I win, I usually get more than one cap, because say you are 1st, you would get your top 5 caps. If you are second, you would also. Say the 10th person cannot get their first choice because it is sold out, so they get their next choice. And then it keeps going down the list until all of the caps are gone. If you are 50th, chances are all of the caps are gone, so you get nothing. This is all coded, as after the timer ends, the raffle is over in about 10 minutes and emails start getting sent out to the winners.
