« on: Fri, 24 August 2018, 06:19:57 »

Check out the Zephyr from Zeal; Pretty end-game looking board, supposed to be almost 5lbs. without switches and caps; I think 4.4 without any of that.

On the "cheaper" and off-the-shelf side, there's the TADA68 with aluminum case, which I often recommend to newcomers:

The rest you'll have to search for second-hands:

- EXENT.
- Zephyr.
- RAMA M65-A.
- TX65 (I think the seller currently has some left-over stock).

Kinda sorta 65%:

- VA68-M
- Leopold FC660M with an aluminum case from Taobao/AliExpress.

The Tada68 fits all of the OP's requirements and is considerably cheaper than some of the other suggestions here.  That cheapness doesn't mean it's bad though.  It's actually quite well made (and surprisingly heavy).  I think it's a good place to start for most people.

The one thing I don't like about the Tada68 is that it doesn't support split backspace...
