Title: GMK Keycap Design Question

Can anyone make a GMK keycap design or does it  have to be a special process ?

Anyone with the knowledge can do it. It will take some time and a little bit of capital to get it going, but for the average person, I think it's very doable. I have ran a GMK set before. If you would like, you can reach out to me directly and I can point you to the right resources to get started.
