Hi everyone,

The GB ends in 24 hours from now. After that, I will start the payment process with GMK on Monday.

We'll be getting samples and such to make sure it looks good and progress will be posted here. Thanks to 55 people that joined so far. We'll have extras available, and starting on Feb 7, the price of the set will be $135. Once we receive the set, it will be $149.00, assuming stock is available.

Lastly, thanks to those who have sent good vibes/wishes my way. I truly appreciate it.

I was just throwing that out there, didn't want to make any assumptions whether you knew or didn't know it's a proxy of a Chinese GB (Hell, I forgot, myself). At any rate, it might be late, since the buy is closing today.

I believe you can. He's going to finish the GB and payment, and he should be back in action by the time production is complete and the set is ready to ship.

Oh nice! I was worried about my order being canceled. It's been a while since I've seen SoWare, and even when I had it it wasn't as diverse of a set as this is.

I'm still waiting for the invoice from GMK. I emailed them on Monday about it, but they have yet to respond to that inquiry. They did say that they will produce doubleshot samples of the colors though (not sure if all, and asked for clarification).

They can be, but you face a 250 MoQ.

On another note, GMK has informed me that color samples will be arriving in approximately 2-3 weeks to me. Photos will be posted then.

Hi Everyone,

I've updated the GMK Render in the top post. We added a few keys, as well as fixed the padded legends on the TILDE key.

Pricing will still go up right before we get our samples to a $140.00 retail price and it'll stay there til stock is out.

Looks like I messed up! I don't have the GSL and GTD chips on me, but I have them on order from SP.

Today, a magical package arrived: the SoWaRe color samples.

I tried my best to color match the chips before I sent them to GMK, and got Pantone 424 and 428. Here is my synopsis based on first look with the pantones (granted, my eye may just be bad at the color matching).

The light grey is close, but the dark grey is pretty off. I know other sets that had issues matching colors, but this might just be a thing with the different surfaces of the glossy pantone book, and the ABS surface, and how light refracts off of it.

I'll repost photos when I get the SP color ships.
