I know this is a very long shot, but would anyone have a plate file for this board? Thank you!

I'll ping merlin about it in SMK and see if he has any info/can respond in this thread.

That would be great, thank you so much!

TMK Keyboard Service / Re: [TMK] Keyboard Protocol Converter
« Last post by hasu on Sat, 27 April 2024, 07:56:25 »
Hi,
Converter for PC-9801 does not work with PC-8801. The two keyboards are different in terms of their protocol and signals.

Greeting

I'm wondering if the NEC 9800 converter would slightly work with NEC 8801 if the NEC is plugged in with a 5 pin to 8 pin mini din?

I love the set, great work! Beautiful colors and design.

I just wish the bottom row was R4, I'm not really fond of R5, they can get in the way if you are gaming, for example.

Input Devices / Getting the most out of my HERO sensor?
« Last post by andej on Sat, 27 April 2024, 07:23:31 »
Alright I'm going to preface this with I don't know much about mice other than those I like and those I don't.
I found out they remade the MX518 which always was great in my hand, so I went ahead and purchased it because I stupidly gave away the old one years ago to try something new. This was a few years ago and I was a rather impulsive youngin' :D
I read a bit about the new G MX518 Legendary having the HERO sensor and here's where I have a question or two.
I also never really paid much attention to my sensitivity, should I? - I just keep tweaking until I like it, but as far as sticking with one thing, never done it.
I play when I can but life often gets in the way, when I do play though it's mostly FPS. I play in 1080p@120hz.
I don't play CS:GO - I do play games like The Division, DOOM and other games that intrigue me.
How do I get the most out of my HERO sensor DPI-wise, what is recommended for 1080p?

Thank you for taking the time to read.

Chrono Cross is my all-time favorite vg ost, and this is a stellar pairing of an orchestral arrangement from the Tokyo Philharmonic for both Chrono Trigger and Cross.
Highly reccommended  :thumb:

Meetups / Re: Minnsota/Midwest Discord community
« Last post by mariakenneth on Sat, 27 April 2024, 03:07:27 »
This seems like a great initiative to build an active and engaged community of Midwest/Minnesota keyboard enthusiasts. Organizing local meetups and virtual hangouts is an excellent way to bring people together, share setups, and support each other's hobbies. Having a dedicated Discord server as a central hub for discussions, trades, and finding help can really help grow the local enthusiast scene. It's admirable that you're trying to revive a more vibrant community after finding other existing channels to be inactive. I wish you the best of luck in growing this new server and fostering a thriving Midwest keyboard community!
