I received an "order update" email with a tracking number when the order shipped.

Did you get an order confirmation email? If so then that should have a link in it that you can click to check the order status.

Also, have you checked your spam folder?

Those are the first round of Vortex PBT doubleshot caps; I got one set from Feng & another from Massdrop, but I know MechKB is stocking them currently: http://www.mechkb.com/vortex-double-shot-pbt-key-caps

Mechanicalkeyboards.com is stocking the newer Vortex PBT doubleshots, which have nicer (more consistent) legends and colored modifiers:
