Hm, what have we here?
http://www.dhl-usa.com/content/dam/downloads/g0/express/shipping/weights_and_dimensions/weights_and_dimensions_en_lm.pdfJchan/RAMA posted a picture showing 4 kits per box a few weeks ago. 450 / 4 = 112.5 boxes, so let's say 113 boxes with one kit all by itself in the 113th box. If we assume each kit is between 6 and 8 pounds, let's go with 7, then 450 * 7lb = 3,150 pounds, or
1,432kg. This is far under DHL's maximum pallet weight. The boxes seem to take up quite a bit of space (38.5x34.5x32cm) and DHL's maximum pallet dimensions for Express are 120x100x160cm. We can fit 3 x 3 x 4 per pallet, or 36 boxes per pallet. This puts us at 458kg per 36 boxes (4kits*3.18kg*36 boxes) which would mean that 4 pallets are needed for 113 boxes. The thing is, with 36 boxes per pallet, that's 108 boxes across 3 pallets, leaving... 5 boxes... on pallet 4. Not likely. 30 boxes per pallet makes the most sense. 30, 30, 30, 23. But I digress!
I'm going to say 3200lb or 1500kg all told, which ever is closer
