How shady is your post office that this kind of stuff keeps happening? I just don’t understand.
It's not a shady post office. They process a lot for pretty much all of LA county.
Here's what we work with:
- we aren't allowed to drop off packages off at the office because we ship in bulk. they never allow us, even if it's over the counter (like one or two). Even if we put it on the counter, they don't scan it at the office
- we must drop it off at the rear of the office in a truck <-- this is no different, if we went, or our post man picks it up for us.
- it gets resent to another office / sorting facility in Los Angeles area
- it gets distributed from there.

This happened before at our previous office in Culver City. Same thing happened, and sometimes, it happens.

Edit:
People often ask me, Joseph, why did you switch to Fedex? Because I don't like this type of stuff happening. For fedex, the guy comes into my office, and scans it in front of me for every package. Yes, it's expensive, but it's service that I think serves value to you, and to me. Knowing that the package is moving is bless.
