I think that anyone who hasn't caused real harm to the community deserves a fresh start. That counts druger out. Pacifist never did anything other than piss people off. I don't class that as real harm.
He's realised his mistakes, and if you look at his posts under MGH you'll see someone trying to be a part of the community, someone who isn't getting people's backs up.
I think it probably would've been best to just continue as Pacifist with a new attitude, but I can understand the reasoning behind just making a new account.

i've seen this happen in other communities where someone in byker's position would actually leave the community permanently. like actually leave (linkbane i see you).
here's the thinking part: is it a good transaction* to potentially lose byker and get pacifist back? does pacifist offer more value than byker does? you're going to say that byker probably won't leave. i would imagine (hell i would dearly HOPE) that you're correct in this case. but would you still think this after the 10th bad thing mgh does? you're thinking 'tbc is obviously not a prophet and can't tell the future.' once again, you're correct. but can YOU tell the future? we can only use past data and past data says yes...he will repeatedly treat people poorly again and again and again. so i must ask, what do we expect from pacifist that makes him better tha literally every member on the forum?

apparently he's not sick enough to not check GH
So guy does whatever he does and gets BANNED then tries to create multiple accounts over months only to be found and have those accounts BANNED then gets an account that doesn't raise any flags for a while and now when it is made public that someone who was BANNED has been breaking the rules and pretending to be someone he isn't, taking advantage of people, also being an artisan etc all his fan are worried about is he isn't feeling well and how he'll take the fact he is most likely BANNED again?
And so many people have made it known they knew full well what was going on and endorsed it and no doubt encouraged it, some real winners we have around here.
I get the impression there's this huge scammer underground going on now behind the scenes, I always thought I was tinfoiling but now I completely believe there is a full blown conspiracy, guard your wallets people you really are being taken advantage of.
Also no way there weren't mods who knew about this and ignored it, no integrity around here.
