Yeah, I figured that was part of it.  No biggie.  The caps are so small that the minor differences won't be visible and it's still instantly recognizable.

I had to widen many of the gaps and loops in the letters (like in the "a", "l", and "o" characters) and I completely opened the "k" character  because it looked horrible when I tried to inflate the loop to the minimum diameter. They need a certain amount of gap because of how ABS shrinks when it sets and cures. We also had to thicken all the lines because, again, if the letters were too thin they'd shrink and split (or something like that). All the work was done in illustrator, so it is vector work, not raster, and I think it'll look fine as a finished product.

Trust me everyone, Mogo and I had a time tweaking this legend to get it to specs. IMHO it is better than good enough. Mogo single-handedly saved this legend from being completely lost. I thought there was no hope for it and would have given it up completely. And I have to admit my patience with the tweakage ran extremely thin, if you can't tell, haha. Thanks again, Mogo!

I've fixed the mockup on the polycarbonate keycap because the doubleshot actually goes partially down the inside of the key, so you wouldn't see the stem so easily.

I just hit them with the hard question...it is the only thing that would make any kind of sense. I don't think pretty sure they don't want to extort shipping money from customers.
