Should the ISO Enter and AltGr keys be in a separated kit? I know they were with the UK kit; but, they can be in their own module.

here Iirc, the consensus in the end was that, since there are no drawbacks to including ISO Enter and AltGr keys in each of the int'l kits (and, in fact, there are some benefits, as Eski outlined right below the post I linked), each of the kits might as well each have their ISO Enter and AltGr keys.
I'm certain that there isn't a significant number of users that would buy more than one of the three int'l kits, so the chance for duplicate keys is pretty low. On the other hand, having the kits independent from each other may simplify the purchasing process for a lot of users.
