I agree, I think all the panda novelty legends would look best as white or just ditch the green panda novelties in general.

Although I don't have an infinity with the subject manner, I love the colours and in particular the shade of green used. Really nice. Please consider UK ISO in the base set, just to make it perfect. Can't wait to see some tasteful RAMA in that green.

Ah so the issue with this is that MOQ would likely not be hit if I did make a kit for this. Sorry about that.
Also, I personally am not the biggest fan of face sets/kits. Just my preference.

It's in the base kit to have a smaller influence on cost than being in alphas kit!

Looks awesome! Been waiting on a nice green set for awhile. I appreciate your concern for keeping the cost low - that is what I most prefer! Would adding cangjie sublegends to the normal base kit significantly increase cost? Sounds like most people will be buying the cangjie kit.

40s, well considering that this set is likely going to be a set with a smaller moq, if I were to make a 40's kit, it would likely not hit. However, based on how IC form responses go; if enough people would like to see 3 key 40s in base, I will definitely add it.

I wouldn't say that its almost the exact same, different legends (bamboo style legends on varmilo), different legend colors (green alphas on varmilo different mod color as well), different novelties, the f-row varies as well (alternating accents on varmilo). The main similarity that I see is the accent color and theme. Although the theme was similar, our use of it was quite different. I didn't feel that it needed to be mentioned because of these differences they have. However, I knew I would get compared to it so I waited until that comparison was made. No need for me to address it unless a comparison was made.

Update: Novelty kit will be getting a couple new novelties due to demand. The goal is to provide novelties to cater to a more cute aesthetic along with a more minimal aesthetic for those that prefer one over the other.

While this is a lovely set, I could order from my local IT store the more or less exact same layout/colours, caps in great PBT quality (better than GMK, IMHO), get a Varmilo keyboard thrown into the deal, and pay way less than I'd have to shell out for this set. Plus I'd have it tomorrow. The design and colours look lovely, but it's so close to Varmilo's design (and in ABS) that it would make no sense to even consider buying, no matter how great it looks.

Also, if Varmilo decides that they are not too happy with seeing a GMK set that close to their design, it could potentially be a IP problem. GMK is recently shutting down sets that even skirt close to it (Retrowave for example). Varmilo's Panda board is a pretty iconic design.

Hook me up with your dealer if you're declaring varmillo keycaps as "great PBT quality." and "better than GMK" There's a about a 0.5-0.7mm thickness difference between varmillo and most of the quality cap manufacturers. (SP > GMK)
Also the legending on the varmillo set you're comparing this to makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon and saying these are more or less the same layout/colour is such a reductive standpoint failing to recognise shades of colour and kitting/layout compatibility.

Unfortunately there will likely not be a norde kit available for this set because norde kits tend to struggle with moq. However, depending on how pricing and setting MOQ goes, I will consider adding UK Iso to base. Again, this is highly dependent on how well pricing goes. Sorry about that.

I need this set! It would be an absolute perfect match for my Stormtrooper Think with Kiwis. I don't buy GMK sets anymore because of the insane lead times but I have got to have this one. The only thing I would love to see is a 1.5u R4 Fn, but it's not a deal breaker. Hopefully this will hit GB soon.

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of updates.

I’m currently waiting on quotes from gmk and as soon as those come back things should speed up a bit. Next major update will be collab protos and should happen sometime in June!

Hey peoples, quick update!

A nice render on the Onyx has been added go check that out.

Quotes have finally arrived! ...after 4 long months of waiting :blank:
Working on setting pricing and gb date with vendors currently. Hopefully will have all that sorted out in the next week or two.

Finally a new collab with monokei has been added. Renders for that should be coming soon, there will be one brass and one Aluminum artisan.

Update! GMK Panda goes live on October 26th! Additionally there is a switch in the CA vendor for this set. It will now be running with Ashkeebs! A new Jane render has been added and pricing is in the works. More will be revealed closer to gb.  :thumb:
