I think tsangan might have one but it's easily the most expensive numpad out there ~300-400

If you're just looking for something similar there are some Leopold and Realforce numpads that are pretty much the same:

dont disturb the korean kustom circlejerk.

a cherry fully programmable tenkey will do the same as this tenkey for about 400 dollars less. but it won't give u the e-props.
