I'm thinking of creating a group buy thread now, offering 4 colours and dropping black.  It's been only a day and we've already received 47 orders with around 100 each.

Most orders, people have at least one set of each colour, so I'll be setting an order of at least 1 set per colour rather than 2 min..

I'll have the group buy run for a month and see how it goes.  This way people have more choices and incentive to order instead of limiting one choice and limit the audience.

What do you guys think?

Yeah, that is probably the best choice. Drop black because it is very common and have a minimum order of 1 each. At these prices this is fair I think.

Elton since you are letting the GB run for 1 month don't drop the black, it might just make the MOQ you never know. I haven't seen any google sheet maeby ive missed it...

Just did the sheet, 1 of each set, would be shame to drop black... not at this price. That's $40 for 5 sets DS keycaps and they are quite thick!!!!

No pad printed please, if its done wrong it'll rub off in a day even if theres not much use. And as the keyboard gods ascended from the heavens they said "LET THEM BE BLANKS!  LISTEN TO RULE FOR HE SPEAKS TRUTH, YAY." [Hopefully that was enough to get your  attention :) ]

Yeah, but they need a very high MOQ. 500 or 1000 depending on colour..

Some news for you guys

Since one mold is including many keys (1x1, 1x1.25, 1x1.5…), it will waste other keys if you only need a 1x1.5 key..
    The MOQ is at least 500pcs – Color has to be the same as your other 500sets 104keys order.
    Price for each 1x1.5 key is USD0.30 (I am sorry it’s very expensive because it waste a let of other keys)
 
The MOQ for ALPS key (104keys) is 500 sets. Price & Color options is the same as Cherry type.
 
For the Octopus 8 rubber key, you may visit the following web site to buy it if can not meet our MOQ.. Thanks..

A typical keyboard such as Coolermaster's Quick Fire Rapid, Filco Majestouch, etc uses a 6.25x size space bar. This set doesn't include that. It includes a size 7x space bar that doesn't fit a typical keyboard. The reason being is the supplier, Tai Hao doesn't have the mold to make it.

You have to pay by PayPal because I need the funds from everyone before I place the order to the supplier. Do you not have Paypal?
