It's used in one of the boards she has rendered so I'd assume it's a preference to keep it in the base kit.

I mean, sure, but that's a 40% board. Not telling anyone how to run their set, but this base kit is already bigger than some GMK sets. I worry about the price of a kit this large with so many custom legends... Splitting some stuff off or moving it to e.g. the spacebar kit may end up being neccessary.

The issue with moving things like that to kits hardly anyone buys means that needed key for a lot more than just that one use case may not make it or force people like strictly 40% users to buy an iso kit just for a 1.25u shift key which frankly is a little unfair to them. If a dedicated 40% kit was made I would buy that but not a separate kit to steal a key from.

I'd love for a homing kit be added as an option since it's only 4 and will open it up for a bit more compatability, although since it's uniform R3, I could honestly go without.

I've gotten other requests for a homing kit, I'll figure out if it's a good idea to add it!

Yep, double-shot ABS! I have ordered a color match so it will take around 3 weeks to arrive. SP doesn't create molds until the order is placed so there won't be a test run since I can't afford to pre-pay for molds 😅

I have no need for a new set. I recently ordered a big set of Kuro/Shiro (totally different, white cherry-profile with hiragana), and probably won’t even have a board for them until July.

… but these are so pretty. Colours are grand. And your mods are so nice. And the R3 profile is great (I’m looking at an ergo board that would fit it nicely). Maybe I need to find a reason.

Update: SP manu confirmed! Base kit update! Stuwu x Novelty kit! Latrialum artisan collab!

This set WILL be made by SP in ABS double-shot. Custom match pink order has already been placed.

I've removed the two 1.5U "win" keys and added one 1.75U Ctrl for HHKB. Some icons have also been slightly updated.



Stuwu kit and Novelties kit (never revealed) have been merged due to concerns about two competing novelty kits both reaching MOQ of an affordable price point. Peep Stuwulty kit below.

There's currently a vote going on for which Stuwu face to include in the kit (1.25U wink is up for debate). Vote for your favorite face here!

I think most people are used to SA sets either being a monokit or a billion kits, not really GMK style kits. Maybe that's why?
