This looks interesting, id love to see more of an explanation of the colors you chose and how they relate to the theme, as for your kitting, it looks pretty good, a few things to note, switch the 3u bar out for a 2.75u bar to support alice, and add 2 1.5u code to base to support hhkb, I would also consider changing r3 1.75u ctrl to icon instead of text. Besides that your kitting looks pretty good and I like the design, there are probably a few things you can change for 40s kit, (check kavala 40s or Acadia 40s(no shill intended)) others will probably be able to help you more with that.

The colors were originally based on the starry night sky and all the different colors it comes in (Represented by the red, blue, and yellow) and the grey background, as of course, the night sky behind the bright lights.

I will definitely take these kitting changes into consideration, as I did not notice the 2.75u missing... I will definitely fix that.

Thanks for reading it through!

Kitting looks pretty good.

I would just add a R4 1u generic key (e.g. Code) to the base kit (helps cover oddball layouts in various sizes), as well as change the R3 1.75u Control key to an icon legend (∧). The 3c spacebar in base should be changed to 2.75c as the usual spacekeys required for Alice/split support are 2c, 2.25c, 2.75c.

Since this is EPBT, if you want to, you can also add 2× 1.5u Super and a second 1u Alt key to the base kit for Mac bottom row support. Those keys could alternatively be added as part of a separate Mac kit; in which case you could give them proper Command/Opt legends, as well as include a R3 1.75u Command key.

You don't need R2 Enter keys in the 40s kit. R3 1.5u Fn and R4 1.25u Shift are also not necessary. I would remove those and replace them with R3 1u and 1.25u generic keys with an icon legend (e.g. >_ or ∧).

Edit: You may also want to consider moving the 2c, 2.25c and 2.75c spacekeys from base into spacebars and 40s. Spacebar kits are usually cheap with EPBT, and doing this would help keep the price of the base kit at around $100.

solarce:
looks nice, just change the spacebars in base and 40s kit and we are set.
