Double shots or not?

Found some keyboards on ebay and I was wondering about them keycaps. I think they look quite cool, and i've seen similar boards with double shots. Does anyone know something about these boards?

I'm not positive about that board in particular, but I do know that Devlin makes some flat doubleshots that look a lot like the ones pictured. POS keyboards often see quite a bit of use, so I think it's pretty likely that those ones are doubleshots.
