They'll fit anywhere, but height will be different depending on what row you put it.

Designed for row four (the number row AND the f row on standard Cherry MX boards). Does anyone know if these are double shot? I'm guessing they aren't.

Yes, they are doubleshot.  SP produced them for us here  for a group buy last year.  I don't know whether the keys TL is selling came from that buy or whether they ran their own.

I'm thinking they will. Looking at my receipt it says 'TLKEYCAP-BLUE' so maybe they have ideas for more caps/colors?

Hopefully. I almost bought the mousepad, but I had just spent 30 bucks on an xtracxxl thats huge, and the tl mousepad isn't half the size for the same price after shipping.. it does look pretty though.
