Combine that with a cup of coffee and you will have the equivalent of MiraLAX.

Ice water and gum.  If you must, hot herbal tea.  Currently down 40 lbs at this point and no longer “overweight” according to my BMI. I’m finally at my weight pre-college.

No food after dinner at all.  Minimal sugar throughout the day.  Fruit for snacks.  Took me months to get used to it, but it’s very manageable now.  I’m even having a few beers a week without weight gain.

Everyone has a different metabolism though.  Just sharing what worked for me.

Salt before bed-time is just asking for acid reflux.

I got some severe reflux after potato chips and whisky one night that I got a throat infection where I couldn't even speak, and the doctor prescribed antibiotics.
(BTW. I don't drink whisky often, it was a special event)

I have a lot of random things, mostly water plus either saltines, club crackers, or a random piece of sourdough

My favorite one is toast and butter or cereal but obviously this is not as healthy as you can get . I am in college I have an excuse : )

The best one is fruit + high fiber for it will keep you full . Make sure you are not filling yourself up too much because it's hard to sleep when you are too full of foods. : )

My favorite one is banana! for this before bed hunger

A small piece of good toasted sourdough with a little melted brie or some other soft cheese is the perfect bite before bed. Makes you feel all cozy, like a warm glass of milk.

Here's a tip: stop eating everything! :p

Eat a good lunch and make that your last meal of the day. Or your only meal, if you don't like eating breakfast.

You don't want to skip meals, kills your metabolism.
As for op, my midnight go to depends on where I am. If I'm at my dorm then you know I'm going for that jar of olives in the fridge, if I'm at home I'll usually eat an entire head of lettuce. Do I recommend you do this? Probably not XD
