Used but in good condition. No box I'm afraid.
Have a google to see just how good these are.

What would postage be like to USA (East Coast)?

Also, might I ask why you are getting rid of it?

Shipping would not be a lot. About £7 - £8 I would guess.
I'm getting rid of it because I have two. This one and a pink one. I tend to use the pink one more and this one is just sitting in a draw. Need the money. You know the story :)
