Keyboard of the Month - March - Nominations
« on: Fri, 18 March 2016, 19:00:36 »
I COMPLETELY forgot about putting this up yesterday! We are, of course, a little late for March's Keyboard of the month nomination thread.

There have been some GREAT boards this month. But then there are great boards every month :)

Last month's best of the best was Photoelectric's lovingly restored LZ-GH

This thread will run for just under two weeks until the last day in March.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

+1 for SpAmRaY's aitch aitch kay bee because the red space bar makes you type faster.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Last few days to get your nominations and +1s in!

We will change the rules next month to allow for self-nominations, I realise that it was a bit silly and it does let people remind others about their boards. I guess it doesn't harm the process in any way really either.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?
