£250 for a NIB ISO board is about right.

Probably around that for a decent condition ANSI one at a guess, I'm not sure as I'm not an ANSI guy.

The caps definitely look hall effect, the switches seem it as well with the square mount and forward angled stem. If it is in fact hall effect, $60 seems somewhat fair. The switches are obviously highly sought after but someone will have to go through the trouble to convert it.

I would think $375 is a fair price. I could see it going for $400+ a month ago, based on prior granite prices.

Depends on your perspective with selling good deals you found.  If you want to be nice and pass on your good fortune, $50 + shipping is more than fair.  If you want to sell at the prices they've gone for in decent condition, $90-150 + shipping is the range for Blue Alps lately.

I don't have a horse in the race since I don't care for them, but I'd love to see it sold at a fair price to someone who would love and appreciate the board or switches instead of seeking to maximize profit.

People are free to justify it however, but I've seen how sudden bills, real or imagined (and I don't claim to know anyone's situation), in here often have a deleterious effect on trust and the marketplace.  It's one of the main reasons things are the way they are now.  Personally, I'd rather pay $50-75 + shipping and add more as a donation to help the situation than have the price inflated.  In my experience, people are more generous when they realize that people are being fair in spite of situation instead of leveraging it.

I think I can just go for $75 + shipping.. Need to pay an extra fee to new therapist for a SSR test that isn't covered by insurance.  I got very lucky finding this board in the first place, so getting the amount I need to cover the unexpected bill would be great.
