Could you email me your order # and email address? I believe potter is collecting all brass plate issues and will be recutting them or doing refunds if you send him an invoice for the plate issue.

He may not have emailed each person back and is expecting to cut new plates in a few weeks. I can confirm with potter if he got your request on WeChat.

In order to ensure no more delay, I found three factories to make brass accessories, but because the order volume is relatively small, so the construction period is longer. I'll go back to the factory to follow up the progress in a few days.

Late to the brass plate discussion, but just got in contact with Potter via email since I discovered mine was ill-fitting as well. As he is still stuck without VPN access, he asked I forward his most recent update to Geekhack as of 3 September at 21:30 China Standard Time (2.5 hours ago):

I received the following update today:

"Alas, it failed again.
Because the plating thickness is really difficult to control, the bare positioning plate is 1.3mm thick now, but it is found that it is still about 1.6-1.8 thick, or slightly thick.

I really don't know how to control his thickness at about 1.5mm now."

Sounds like they tried another run and the plates still came back too thick.

I would be fine with a non coated plate. Other GB also just offer sandblasted ones and I would be fine with it.

Is the plate actually solid brass? I sanded the corners and the material looked copper in color

I am in the exact same situation... Shipping notice of something, but going to an old address I think you can re-route DHL packages if you have an-demand account, but I'm not sure. However the tracking number shows up as invalid in DHL's website for now.

try resetting the pcb. there are two pins underneath that you can short.

I recently tried to reconfig my space65 but after I flashed it, the keyboard has stopped working. My computer recognizes it but the QMK toolbox does not recognize it so I cannot reconfig it. Does anyone have any advise on what to do about this? Thanks!
