(SINGAPORE) help replacing a switch on mech keyboard
« on: Sat, 05 April 2014, 00:47:23 »
hi guys,

i need help. i have no experience at all in dissembling and stuff.
And since, this was my first mech keyboard, it has sentimental value to me.And, red switch is like my number 1 or 2 favourite switch so far.
I broke my f4 key on steelseries 6gv2. A fragment of the switch is stuck inside the keycap itself. Then, panicking i go and super-glue it back on the switch so that the keyboard look like a normal keyboard.
However, i cannot even press the button anymore because of the glue.
So, i need to remove the keyswitch from the plate, then  replace it with new one. I need help from someone who can do it for me. I will foot the cost of course.

Thanks!!!
